Terms of Service

1. Who provides the service

Mirror.fyi is operated by Reputation Management Specialists LLC, located in Delaware, United States. These terms apply to use of the website, free Reputation Snapshot, and paid platform. Review them before creating an account or purchasing a subscription.

2. A self-service platform

Mirror.fyi prepares reputation analysis, a monthly step-by-step strategy, instructions, and content. You review the work, control your accounts, publish externally, carry out the strategy, and submit your live URLs for tracking. The subscription is ongoing, not a two-month program.

Human support is available to paying customers under our Support Promise. It does not include an agency engagement or an account manager executing your campaign.

3. Subscription and renewal

The base subscription is $99 to start, then $99 per month. There is no setup fee. One tracked search is included; each additional tracked search is $49 per month. Any applicable taxes and the amount due are shown at checkout.

Your subscription renews automatically each month until cancelled. By purchasing, you authorize the initial charge and recurring subscription charges. Keep your payment information current. Access may be interrupted if payment fails.

4. Cancellation and refunds

You can cancel anytime through the billing controls in your portal. Cancellation stops the next renewal; your access continues through the period already paid for. Cancel before renewal to avoid the next charge.

Payments are non-refundable, including for unused time, except where applicable law requires a refund. Cancellation does not erase your account or automatically delete stored information. Privacy requests are handled separately through the privacy-request form.

5. Your account and materials

Provide accurate account information and keep your sign-in credentials secure. Submit information only for yourself or a business you are authorized to represent. You must have the rights or permission needed to submit materials and use the content you publish.

You retain your rights to materials you supply. By submitting them, you authorize their processing as needed to deliver the features you request. Review generated content for accuracy, rights, and suitability before using it. AI output may be inaccurate, incomplete, or similar to other output.

6. Acceptable use

Do not use Mirror.fyi for impersonation, harassment, fabricated reviews, deceptive claims, unlawful content, or unauthorized access. Do not misuse another person's information, interfere with the service, or bypass account protections or usage limits. Follow the rules of every external site where you publish or submit a request.

We may restrict use that violates these terms or creates a security or abuse risk. This does not waive rights you have under applicable law.

7. Outcomes and third-party services

Search engines, AI systems, publishers, review platforms, and other third parties control their own results and decisions. Mirror.fyi does not guarantee rankings, suppression, indexing, publication, AI corrections, or a particular outcome or timeline. Reports are observations at a point in time; results may change or refer to another person with the same name.

External services may change, become unavailable, or impose their own terms and charges. Features that rely on them may be interrupted. The platform provides informational guidance, not legal advice or legal representation.

8. Changes and contact

We may update these terms as the service changes. Updated terms will carry a revised date. Material subscription changes should be communicated before taking effect; rights required by applicable law remain unchanged.

Paying customers can use Contact support in the portal for account or subscription questions. For personal-information requests, use the public privacy-request form; no paid account is required.
