Mirror.fyi is self-service, but you do not have to figure everything out alone. Paying customers can contact us from their portal for help with the platform, their report, or their monthly step-by-step strategy.

Your message reaches a human, and we respond by email. We do not promise a fixed response time.

What we can help with

• Using the platform and finding the right tools.
• Understanding your report or a recommended action.
• Questions about your monthly step-by-step strategy.
• Account, billing, or technical problems.

You stay in control

Support does not include an account manager or having us publish content, contact external sites, or carry out your campaign for you. Mirror.fyi prepares the work; you review it, control your accounts, and execute the strategy.

We cannot promise a ranking, suppression outcome, corrected AI answer, or a deadline for changes controlled by another platform. Support is not legal advice or an emergency service.

A separate path for privacy questions

Free Snapshot users, former customers, and anyone with a personal-information question can use our privacy-request form. A paid subscription is not required for privacy requests.
