Who is responsible

Reputation Management Specialists LLC, located in Delaware, United States, operates Mirror.fyi. This policy describes the information processed when you use our website, free Reputation Snapshot, paid platform, and contact forms.

Information you provide

Depending on the features you use, information includes your name, email, company and profile details; search terms, location and profession; account and subscription details; campaign inputs; uploaded documents and content; website and profile URLs; review-management information; and support or privacy messages.

The Account Keys feature also stores the account information you choose to add, including usernames, passwords, recovery emails, URLs, and notes. Do not submit credentials or sensitive documents in support or privacy messages.

Search results and AI answers

Reputation analysis processes public search results, source URLs, snippets, AI answers, citations, and generated assessments. Your search term and relevant identity context are sent to search and AI services to request and analyze results. Content-generation features process the instructions and context needed to prepare the requested material.

A free Reputation Snapshot checks Google, Bing & Yahoo, ChatGPT, and Perplexity. The paid platform provides deeper analysis, strategy, content tools, and ongoing monitoring.

Usage information and referral tracking

The platform records usage events such as page views, button clicks, form activity, and report outcomes, along with page paths and session identifiers. Google Analytics is also configured to measure site usage. Account sign-in uses browser storage. Partner attribution uses a referral cookie and local storage, with a 90-day attribution window. YouTube embeds on the Videos page and other third-party services may also handle usage information under their own policies.

The support and privacy forms store a hashed network address to help limit repeated submissions. A hash is not a guarantee of anonymity.

How information is used

Information is used to provide accounts, deliver reports and requested features, process subscriptions, prepare your strategy and content, manage campaign assets, respond to requests, track referrals, understand the conversion funnel, and protect the service from abuse.

Requesting a Snapshot is not purchasing a subscription. Cancelling a subscription is not an account-deletion request.

Services involved

Current service integrations include Lovable Cloud for accounts, data, and files; Stripe for checkout and subscriptions; Lovable app emails for delivery; Serper and DataForSEO for search results; Perplexity for AI answers; and OpenAI models accessed through the Lovable AI gateway for AI analysis and content generation. Search and AI requests include query or prompt context needed for the feature.

These services process information under their applicable terms, privacy policies, and service arrangements. Their retention, model-training practices, processing locations, and access controls may differ. Information may be processed outside your state or country. This policy does not promise that third-party services immediately delete information or never use it for model training.

Retention, deletion, and your requests

The platform stores account, report, campaign, billing-reference, and request records. Certain uploaded assets and tracked queries have individual deletion controls. Those controls do not mean all account information is deleted.

There is no single fixed retention period for all information. Retention depends on the type of record, the feature used, and applicable service, security, billing, and legal requirements. Cancelling a subscription does not automatically delete your account, reports, content, or other stored records. Deletion from the active platform does not necessarily mean immediate deletion from provider backups or records that must be retained under applicable law.

You can ask about access, correction, deletion, or other personal-information matters through the privacy-request form. You do not need a subscription. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request; applicable rights depend on your circumstances and governing law. We address requests under applicable law, including any required response deadlines, and explain any limitations that apply.

Security

Account protections, access restrictions, and encrypted password storage in Account Keys help protect information. No online service or transmission method is completely secure. Keep your sign-in credentials secure and avoid submitting unnecessary sensitive information.

Questions and updates

The privacy-request form sends your message to the operator without publishing an email address. Product and campaign help is separate and available through the paid portal. We may update this policy as our services or legal requirements change. The date above identifies the latest revision.
